All healing faculties of the body, soul and spirit are natural and innate. I am purely here to remind the systems how to be alive. My purpose is to quietly hold space for this remembering and unwinding. I am a blended bodywork therapist who combines multiple perspectives and techniques to create unique and personalized therapeutic sessions to help you wherever you are at. My space is a container of non-judgement, compassion, a little bit of humor and a whole lot of safety; so you are welcome as you are. I have been a certified massage therapist and practitioner for over a decade, and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. My practice is built on earth and clay, I believe being rooted in and embodied is an avenue to personal and spiritual fulfillment. I am here to help you align and release, and facilitate your body remembering is own regenerative abilities. I weave multiple modalities together such as swedish massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue manipulation, myofascial release and cupping, lomi lomi, and crainosacral therapy. It’s been ultimately a creative joy to do this work. In 2018, I went to Peru to participate in several Shipibo traditional ceremonies involving plant medicines, icaros, and interpersonal connection. It was here I began to understand how interconnected the body, the mind and the spirit really are. I allowed my practice to stretch and grow mirroring the way I was in my own life. This is also where I developed a deep affection for treating sessions as ceremony. The atmosphere, smells, sounds, and music are intentional and woven into each of my offerings. On this trip I also saw my enthusiasm for watching the stars, and deciphering the archetypal language with them, for what it was… a passion. A calling of the heart, and a true love. What was dormant and a silly pastime for the past 8 years became the next obvious step in my practice. I have practicing intuitive astrology professionally for the past five years now. The depth astrology has added to my bodywork practice, dreamwork and my personal life has been profound and I am happy now to share what I know and blend these offerings into my practice. Life is complex, messy, and busy. Working with me is a practice in reduction. Like cooking down a delicious sauce, we get to the core of it, where the flavor is richest.
